Who We Are Looking For
As a Product Owner/Manager (UX), you'll be at the heart of our product development, driving key initiatives that expand USR's adoption and enhance user engagement. You'll lead the evolution of our platform to become the go-to solution for managing and interacting with delta-neutral stablecoins.
🛠️ What You Will Be Working On:
- Lead the evolution of the Resolv web application: Drive the development of new features and improvements that result in increased user satisfaction and platform growth. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Shape product strategy based on data-driven insights: Analyze product utilization across various DeFi platforms (DEXes, lending protocols, yield trading venues) to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Use these insights to inform our product roadmap and drive user adoption.
- Enhance risk management and operations tooling: contribute to features that improve transparency, security, and risk mitigation for internal team and end-users, strengthening USR's position as a trusted stablecoin in the DeFi ecosystem.
- Innovate based on market trends: Stay ahead of the curve in DeFi, crypto, and fintech. Propose and develop innovative solutions that keep Resolv competitive and at the forefront of the stablecoin market.
- Optimize user experience: Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvements. Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to create intuitive, user-centric solutions.
📊 What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management, with prior experience in DeFi. Prior focus on stablecoins, trading platforms, or financial instruments is a huge advantage. Proven success in launching and scaling DeFi products that resulted in significant user base growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ideation, prioritization, and execution of complex financial products.
- Excellent analytical skills, including experience in designing and running experiments to validate product decisions. Proficiency in translating data insights into actionable product improvements.
- User-centric mindset with a track record of translating user needs into successful product features. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
- Excellent documentation skills, crucial for remote-first collaboration and clear communication.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Proven ability to take ownership of products from conception to launch and beyond.
