Resolv Labs (https://resolv.xyz/), an aspiring team building novel DeFi instruments. The founders have extended cross-product experience in TradFi (global markets structuring & financial engineering) and Tech (Revolut & Yandex) under their belt.
Resolv is a protocol maintaining USR, a stablecoin backed by crypto-native yields. Since its public launch in September 2024, Resolv has become one of the fastest growing projects in the space with over $600mn TVL currently — and we’re just getting started!
🥷Who we are looking for:
A talented business development manager to build traction across product integrations (DEXes, lending protocols, wallets, stablecoins, yield aggregators etc). Our goal is to build moat through extensive network of partnerships with other protocols, distributions channels, blockchains and risk curators.
What you will be working on:
- Identifying ways to collaborate and partner with other DeFi teams with a purpose of driving utility of Resolv across ecosystem;
- Contributing to coordination of integration efforts, including onboarding partnering teams into all things Resolv, from high-level product description to implementation details (oracles, available markets, API, etc);
- Actively participating in steering GTM strategy of Resolv, including various networks and ecosystem partnerships;
- Leading conference presence of Resolv brand. You will be one of the most frequent flyers on Resolv team!
- Exploring ways for institutional and wider financial markets adoption of our product as a go-to instrument for crypto money markets / stablecoin with yield. There is plenty of room for growth for Resolv, and for you too!
If you have the superpowers below - let us know:
- Prior professional experience in DeFi business development and growth roles. Also prior experience in wider finance is a plus;
- Strong network within the DeFi ecosystem and wider crypto;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Experience in full cycle of product integrations, including technical aspects of implementation;
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business development and market expansion.
- Growth mindset - we want to test broad product / outreach hypotheses and be flexible in implementing ideas that work best;
